Residents in Ohio shouldn't be alarmed if they see piglets wandering in the backyard after 2,000 of the little animals were set loose after a semi truck crashed in Ohio.

Unfortunately, hundreds of the little piggies didn't make it after a truck carrying them crashed on an Ohio highway on Monday (6/8). Officials say many of the pigs that did manage to survive probably won't be captured.

Probably we’ll never get a hold of them … We’ll try as hard as we can, but we probably won’t retrieve them all. I can’t say what will happen to the pigs

According to The Blaze the driver was cited for failure to control a motor vehicle and a female passenger was taken to the hospital with injuries.

Hopefully, those little piggies can come (crying wee, wee, wee) all the way home.
