50 Cent and Joe Budden almost found themselves involved in a heated Twitter spat over Power's marketing tactics. As you may know, the G-Unit leader is very critical of Fox's Empire, which he's previously accused of biting from his own series when it comes to how they market their show.

Apparently, Budden wasn't feeling the promotional efforts from the team behind 50 Cent's Power, which he caught wind of last night on Twitter before Empire's season finale. "'Empires are built on Power'...... They petty lol," the Slaughterhouse member wrote on Twitter, referring to the tagline used to promote Fif's show.

The G-Unit head honcho caught wind of the New Jersey rhymer's tweet and called him out for it, referring to him as a "bitch." However, Budden responded by stating he's a fan of the show. As a result, it seems like Fif blamed liquor -- specifically his new EFFEN vodka -- for forgetting the quote Budden was referring to was from Power.

Budden accepted 50 Cent's apology and the two are still good friends.

Beefs aside, the second season of Power will begin June 6 on the Starz network.
