Rapper 50 Cent has found himself in the middle of a criminal investigation. A Los Angeles jeweler is accusing his entourage of assaulting him and robbing him of $250,000 worth of jewelry.

According to TMZ, Robert Marin, who is the owner of LAX Jewelry Co., went to Las Vegas during Fight Night weekend because he wanted to sell Fiddy an expensive watch and chain. The jeweler met 50 at Drai’s nightclub and showed him the bling. The two negotiated a price for the items and everything seemed like a go.

That’s when 50’s crew invited Marin back to Floyd Mayweather’s gym and things took a turn for the worst. Marin claims the two men who may have been from the rapper’s camp beat him up and stole his jewelry.

Marin has filed a robbery report and Vegas police are investigating.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent’s attorney, Scott Leemon, says the allegations against his client are completely false. “On behalf of 50, I can adamantly deny that he or his security had anything to do with these baseless and false allegations,” he said.
