Federal prosecutors continue to make a case against 6ix9ine. On Saturday (Dec. 8), it was revealed that they have video that ties the Brooklyn rapper to armed robberies and shootings that took place in New York City.

In video obtained by TMZ, the rapper was recorded at the scene of what prosecutors say is a robbery in broad daylight, committed by the Dummy Boy rhymer's former manager Kifano "Shotti" Jordan. Tekashi is seen in the footage looking on from a distance as a man said to be his former right-hand man runs down on someone in the middle of the street. Jordan later returns to their vehicle and they drive off.

There's more. According to the documents, the feds have over a dozen photos of 6ix and his crew committing robberies and shootings over the past several months. Most of the evidence was obtained from the phones of the rapper and his crew. Police later matched up the incidents with surveillance footage to bolster the case, including a robbery in April that took place in Brooklyn and a shooting in June.

A screenshot of one robbery was allegedly given to a third party by the rapper to post on social media. The photo evidence also includes shots of a backpack that were stolen. According to the report, these photos are part of the reasoning given for denying the rapper's bail.

6ix9ine's attorney Lance Lazzaro continues to claim his client's innocence. "Daniel Hernandez is innocent and was never part of a criminal enterprise. He should never have been indicted," he said.

As previously reported, the rapper is facing 32 year to life, if convicted, after being arrested along with members of his crew last month on federal racketeering and gun charges. Prosecutors have called the group a violent gang who have menaced the streets of NYC with violence and drugs. 6ix9ine has pleaded not guilty to the charges and his trial date has been set for Sept. 4, 2019.
