Has Recent Flooding In The Tampa Area Relocated A Shark Onto A Roadway?

Tropical Storm Debby has dumped several inches of rain along the Florida gulf coast, and with that has come a very interesting photo. This photo has gone viral on Twitter and Facebook as it shows what appears to be A SHARK in THE MIDDLE OF A ROADWAY!!!

Sure, we understand that higher waters may relocate animals, fish, and other reptiles, but a shark in the middle of road? Many speculate that this photo is FAKE, yet others still insist that is possible the shark was  relocated to the streets of Tampa due to the rising water in the area.
