Tonight, the man who shot up a second line in New Orleans on Mother's Day is behind bars as NOPD reports they have arrested 19-year-old Akein Scott. After being the on run for three days, police caught up with Scott in a Little Woods neighborhood according to Garry Flot, spokesman for the New Orleans Police Department.

Scott allegedly opened fire at the intersection of Frenchman and North Villere during an annual Mother's Day second line, leaving 19 people hospitalized with gunshot wounds. Even though police initially believed there to be three gunman seen fleeing the scene in the surveillance footage, they have only publicly identified Scott as a shooting suspect.
