Jeopardy!, everybody's favorite early-evening quiz show, went into its bag Monday night (Feb. 20) as part of the 2017 College Championship competition. In the episode's first round, contestants were able to choose the category "Let's Rap, Kids!" in which host Alex Trebek recited lyrics from popular hip-hop songs.

As seen in the clips below, the clues include lyrics from Drake's "Started From the Bottom," Kendrick Lamar's "m.A.A.d. city," Lil Wayne's "6 Foot 7 Foot," Desiigner's "Panda" and Kanye West's "Famous." Trebek says after the last clue, "I was just getting into this rap thing, I'm not too good at it, but I was getting in to it."

This wouldn't be the first time Trebek was left rapping at his podium, as last October he read the lyrics to Drake and Future's "Jumpman" as a clue in the category “Musical Acts.” Jeopardy! has used rap numerous times in the past as well, a gallery of examples included below. Most recently, in December, Chance The Rapper was the answer to the question, "In 2016 this disciple of Kanye West releases his ‘Coloring Book’ mixtape." A few weeks prior, one contestant made the mistake of horribly pronouncing "2Pac."

See how the contestants handled some of the clues from last night below, while further down a video feature shows a behind-the-scenes look at the casting and filming process.
