Whereas "Panda" received a slew of remixes, rapper's itching to jump overtop the trunk-rattling beat, Desiigner's new tune "Timmy Turner" is experiencing a different type of longevity as new renditions and covers continue to pour out. Taking to Instagram Thursday (Sept. 15), Alicia Keys performed her version of the song, replacing "Timmy" with "Tina," belting out the chorus as she plays the melody on piano.

The above video isn't too distant from an acoustic version performed by Desiigner and Mike Dean back in July before the track was officially released. In that clip, Dean plays the keys as Desiigner rattles off the hook, the song eventually dropping the next day. In the time since, a remix featuring Kanye West has dropped and even the voice of Timmy Turner himself, the animated protagonist of The Fairly Odd Parents, has graced the beat, a video dropping earlier this month of voice actor Tara Strong rapping over it.

Back in July meanwhile, Pro Era's Kirk Knight released a rework of the song when it was merely a 2016 Freshman freestyle. Keys' ballad rendition then marks the continued evolution of a song that, for Desiigner, signals a post-"Panda" game plan. Around the time of its release, Desiigner explained the song, saying that he is Timmy Turner. “I was referring to myself when I was saying I ‘was wishin’ for a burner.’ And when I said ‘she fuckin’ for BET,’ I was referring to a girl that, you know, would do anything for the fame,” he said.
