Anderson .Paak, Desiigner and Lil Dicky’s 2016 XXL Freshmen Cypher

The 2016 XXL Freshman class has given hip-hop fans plenty to talk about over the last few weeks. From Desiigner's "Timmy Turner" freestyle to the New York concert featuring performances from the "Panda" rapper, Lil Yachty, Denzel Curry, G Herbo, Dave East and Lil Dicky, these rising stars are keeping the momentum going since gracing the annual cover. Now it's time for the cyphers.

First up, it's Anderson .Paak, Desiigner and Lil Dicky. This trio teaming up to flex over the Natexcharity-produced beat may be a surprise to some, but that's what makes this cypher that much more compelling to watch.

Brooklyn's own Desiigner kicks things off. "Don't watch my moves, can't watch my shoes, can't clock my moves," he spits after boasting about riding around town in his drop-top coupe. Will these bars have the same impact as his freestyle, which currently has 5 million views and counting?

Oxnard, Calif. rep Anderson .Paak steps up next with some lyrics dedicated to wining and dining yo mama. "I took yo mama to Yard House/I took her to Yard House/I took yo mama to Greystone, we got in with no problems," the Malibu creator delivers.

And last but certainly not least is Lil Dicky, who gives .Paak props for his fleshlight line before going in with his verse. "Kissing on your baby like the boy a politician/Spitting out tough shit, overcooked chicken," the Cheltenham, Pa. native serves.
