André 3000 and Kaytranada are up to somethin'. The ATL rapper and the Montreal producer hit the studio together on Sunday (Sept. 25), according to Fader.

Kaytranada shared a Snapchat photo of him and 3 Stacks with peace signs up. There's no word on what they worked on together, but XXL will keep you updated as more information emerges.

André 3000 recently appeared on Travis Scott's album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (in fact, he was supposed to narrate the project), and fans will be excited to hear that he's working on more new music. Whether we ever hear it is another story.

The Outkast MC also appeared on Frank Ocean's highly anticipated new album Blonde. André raps, “I am no rookie but feel like a kid/Lookin’ at the other kids/With astonishment while I’m on punishment, watchin’ the summer come close to an end/After 20 years in/I’m so naive I was under the impression that everyone wrote they own verses/It’s comin’ back different and yea that shit hurts me/I’m hummin’ and whistlin’ to those not deserving/I’m stumbled and lived every word, was I working just way too hard?”

Meanwhile, Kaytranada earned the 2016 Polaris Music Prize, Canada's top music honor. He subsequently dropped his 0.001% mixtape, which features smooth production perfect for the fall season. Much like Kaytra’s signature work, the new tape pulls from all genres: electronic, reggae, jazz, afrobeat and rap.

The Haitian-born, Montreal-residing producer was awarded the Polaris earlier this month for his breakout success with his major label debut 99.9%. The producer’s album featured plenty of rappers; 2016 XXL Freshman Anderson .Paak, 2015 XXL Freshman GoldLink, Phonte, Vic Mensa and BADBADNOTGOOD just to name a few. The 15-track project peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s US Dance/Electronic Albums chart and No. 24 on Billboard’s Canadian Albums chart.

As aforementioned, you can check out the Snapchat pic of 3 Stacks and Kaytranada above.
