Arrest In LA Airport Ice Explosions

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A law enforcement official says a baggage handler at Los Angeles International Airport got dry ice from an airplane and allegedly made the two dry ice bombs that exploded this week.

Twenty-eight-year-old Dicarlo Bennett has been booked for investigation of a destructive device near an aircraft and is being held on $1 million bail.
