B. Smyth recently had a photo shoot but it wasn’t the kind of opportunity he was looking for. The R&B singer was arrested Sunday (Dec. 22) in Coral Springs, Fla., during a traffic stop.

According to TMZ, the 'Leggo' crooner was pulled over for tailgating. When officers approached his vehicle, B. Smyth got irate and accused them of racial profiling.

The arrest report details that the 21-year-old used profanity and refused to accept his traffic ticket. He then, allegedly, told officers on the scene that "he was going to sleep with one of the officers wives."

Police eventually had to arrest B. Smyth for trespassing after because he would not leave the gas station where he was stopped. Subsequently, the mugshot above followed once he was taken into custody.

Reps for B. Smyth did no comment on the matter yet.
