Video Shows 5 Men Beheading Goat, Possibly In Uptown New Orleans

The Louisiana SPCA is offering a reward of $13,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for the beheading of a goat that was captured on video.

The graphic video (that we will not show) contains a group of young men beheading a goat over a child-sized plastic swimming pool. The weapon used to behead the animal is a machete-type sword.

The SPCA says they received the 12 second video clip on March 24, showing the group of young men in a circle as a string is tied around the goat's neck. After the goat is hanged from some type of object, one of the men beheads it while the others record the act and cheer in the background.

The SPCA refuses to share the video at this time due to the graphic nature.
