Benefit Jambalaya Cookoff in Breaux Bridge Sept 19

The Breaux Bridge Area Chamber of Commerce and Save the Bridge Project will hold a benefit Jambalaya Cookoff on Saturday, September 19 at Parc du Pont. In addition to the cookoff, there will be a Crawfish Derby and jeep ride on the day of the event. Festivities will be held from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, and music will be provided by Grammy Award winner Chubby Carrier.

Admission is free to the event, but wristbands for $5 will be available for jambalaya tasting. Entry forms are now available for the cookoff, and tickets for the Crawfish Derby are at several Breaux Bridge area banks, and the Tourism Office, and The TECHE Project is helping this year with the Crawfish Derby.
