It's official, I have seen everything! Boudin King Cake is real!

Forget everything you know about King Cakes because the newest hybrid has just kicked down the door and is screaming EAT ME! EAT ME NOW!

Three of the best guilty foods that Louisiana has to offer (King Cake, Boudin and Cracklin) just merged together and formed a super storm cake called... "Boudin King Cake!" Yeeesss! The Louisiana gods have answered all of our prayers.

The god I'm talking about is Robert Carriker, the man behind boudinlink.com and kingcaker.com.  He is also a history teacher at the University of Louisiana.

According to The Advertiser Carriker has been developing the king cake for a few months now and began selling the cakes just last week. The ingredients are Boudin, Artisan Bread Mix, Cracklin, topped with Steen's cane syrup.
