One of the more random beefs in hip-hop is the one between Bow Wow and Yung Berg. Their issues were brought to light once again after being reignited on social media yesterday (April 2) and today the drama is still going strong.

Berg posted a comment on an Instagram post of Shad Moss' baby's mother, Joie Chavis. The unsolicited comment of "Hope it inspires sum music" from Berg was a reaction to Bow Wow announcing that he and Chavas were back together. That remark prompted threats of violence from Bow Wow.

The Columbus, Ohio native doubled down on the beef with an early morning social media romp directed at Berg. Bow Wow posted a poll on Twitter asking, "Does Chicago claim Young Turd?" The result was an overwhelming "No."

He then posted the same question on Instagram with the caption, ""All I did was ask a question. Chi Town know bout me though. Hosting clubs in the Chi (You ain't walking through Billboard Live) we did though. Shot Roll Bounce and we gave back to the Chi. Shot my music videos at George's in the hood. I lived in Chicago. I never seen (Yung Berg) no where! Not even in Milwaukee."

Bow Wow then continued on about working in Chicago and never seeing Berg in the area. "I done shot videos at George's Music Store in the hood. Roll Bounce all in the hood," he tweeted. "We never heard of Turd. I'm more Chi Town than him."

The rhymer also posted video footage of Berg getting punched by a man in California.

The beef between the two started almost 10 years ago after Berg felt slighted for not getting a return feature request from Bow Wow, born Shad Moss. Berg addressed the nearly decade-old situation back then saying, “Bow got a lot of money. I want that same run. I want to get to that same paper. It’s not hating, it’s not beef. I’m just trying to get to the money.”

Berg responded to his counterpart's jabs in an Instagram post that he quickly deleted. The former Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star acknowledges that the issues with Bow Wow stem from the opposite sex. He wrote a detailed caption along with an image of himself kissing Bow Wow's former fiancee Erica Mena and another photo of himself with Chavis.

"Al this over women!!! [sic]," he wrote. "being cool with or dating them. At the end of the day it ain't no beef. Lol I'm so focused on them Grammys that Shad gone have to interview me next FEB if they decide to allow him back. It's nothing but luv. Enjoy your Sunday Bless Up."

Looks like Berg has no beef but he's not above being petty with those photos.
