Moments later they got stuck behind a truck with heavy exhaust fumes according to KCTV, Moreno was starting to suffer from an asthma attack from the heavy fumes.

They attempted to pass the truck on a two-lane road and according to Mareno's best friend Ashley Theobald,

"We both thought it was clear and there was a hill that neither one of us saw, I tried to go around the truck coming and I swerved and he swerved with me."

The truck according to KCTV struck the passenger side of the car, which hurtled off the left side of the road. Both cars were totaled. They were all wearing seat belts.

Moreno was rushed to the hospital were she was pronounced dead. Below is a pic of Collette Moreno and fiance Jesse Acrobasso.
