Britney Spears’ ‘Femme Fatale’ Tour May Be A Flop
As Britney Spears tours the country, along with Nicki Minaj, is her tour “Femme Fatale” going to a be “hit” or a “flop?” Well, according to the National Enquirer, many of her concert ticket sales are being sold at 50% off via a Groupon website, and Britney has no clue about this.
While the magazine may not be the most reliable of sources, Britney did mention via twitter that there were some tickets at discounted prices for her tour. However, if the Groupon deals are accurate, one must assume that the tour is not selling tickets at the rate it wished.
A spokesperson for Live Nation says, “Offering a deal on Groupon is not a reflection of the quality or status or sales of a show” and adding that the promotions were part of a strategy regarding “segmented marketing and a way to reach new and additional consumers.”
Britney’s tour stops in New Orleans this Friday night, July 15th, at the New Orleans arena, and EXCELLENT seats are still available. Click HERE
