Burglar Got Busted By Logging Into Facebook On Victim’s Computer, Forgot To Log Out

Our "Dumbest Criminal of The Day" goes to a guy by the name of Nicholas Wig of South St. Paul, Minnesota. He allegedly broke into a house last week and while in the house he logged into Facebook, while using the victim's computer, and forgot to log out.

Yes, his name and profile were still open on the victim's computer after he left the house, making it easy for police to track him down.

Wig allegedly stole cash, credit cards, a watch, and keys from the house---and even had time to checkout his Facebook page while in the victim's house. No, he did not steal the computer, but it may have been in his favor to take it because he left his name and image behind by not logging out of Facebook!!!

Wig has been charged with felony burglary, and faces up to 10 years in prison. Who ever said that Facebook was evil and nothing good comes from the social media site?
