Scary scene caught on video of suspects being chased by police in San Bernardino.

According to YouTube user DMN, the guy shooting the video is David Espinosa and this is what he said happened,

I was coming home from school when I saw a police chase happening right in front of me. So I took out my phone to post the event on social media. Little did i realize I was in for more than a police chase. Shortly after, the black SUV started shooting at the pursuing police vehicles. Once i heard the shooting I ran into my house to seek for cover. But i was adamant about documenting the event, so I decided to stick around and record the whole event. "

We pray for the victims of San Bernardino in this senseless act of violence.
