Cardi B is really out here living her rap dreams to the fullest. The "Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)" rapper announced yesterday (Sept. 2) that she plans to drop her debut album this October.

The Bronx artist made the big announcement during her performance at Made in America Festival in Philadelphia. Making her MIA Festival debut with a set that, of course, featured a crazy live version of her breakout hit, Cardi shared the news as a way of punctuating her show.

"Let me remind y'all I'm dropping my album [in] October, bye," said Cardi quickly before dipping off stage at the end of her performance, leaving a field of screaming Bardi Gang members in her dust.

Cardi's come up this year has been something almost unbelievable to watch. The reality star-turned-rapper known for her hilarious, ratchet antics took the industry by surprise with "Bodak Yellow" back in early June. Though she's had sleeper hits before this, "Bodak Yellow" has undoubtedly caused Cardi to skyrocket in popularity in a matter of months. The banger is currently at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the rapper has even released a Spanish version of the track to keep momentum going. Cardi recently performed "Bodak Yellow" at the MTV VMAs pre-show. Pictures have surfaced online showing that the rapper even got a hug from Beyonce while backstage at MIA Festival, proving that her star is definitely still rising.
