Carly Rae Jepsen Has Never Given A Guy Her Phone Number

You guys just clicked this story - and this is crazy. But, it turns out Carly Rae Jepsen has never ever given a guy her number - not even, maybe. This ironic twist of fate has me somewhere between anger and simply scratching my head with confusion.

This ironic twist of fate is pure proof that this world isn't always everything that it seems. When asked about any guys that may have actually received her number (maybe), CRJ revealed,

"I’ve done brave things for love before or for the possibility of the idea of love," she explains to the Daily News, "but I’ve never quite done that and I’m pretty sure now that I never can because that would be really, really awkward."

So basically, Jepsen's #1 hit "Call Me Maybe" is based off of a lie. And what's worse is now that she is uber-famous, chances are no guys will be getting her number.

A lie.

But, I'll probably still play it every time I DJ, much to the delight of young females and since it is like the catchiest song ever, it will probably continue to be stuck in my head for the unforeseeable future. Sigh.
