Halloween has to the second funnest holiday out there, only behind Christmas, so we thought that it would be good idea to start our trick-or treating early this morning. By now we all know that the professional wrestling icon Hulk Hogan is in a serious legal battle over a sex tape that was leaked out. Hogan has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker, the website that allegedly leaked the tape, Heather Clem, and former best friend radio DJ Bubba The Love Sponge.
