Between Dave East, Chris Brown and Joey Bada$$, it feels like everyone's hopped on  Future's "Mask Off." So who is the Grammy-winning Chance The Rapper to pass up the ice cold Metro Boomin and Southside-produced instrumental? During a recent show in Columbus, Ohio, Chano made sure that didn't happen.

In front of an enthusiastic crowd, Chance began telling the audience to mimmick the flutes of the "Mask Off" instrumental as a band played a live rendition of the track. After handing out a few more general instructions, Chano jumped into a lighthearted freestyle session.

"When I come through when I take the mask off/Every time I ride through niggas get soft/Niggas talk crazy but they don't want it in person/When I be on TV it don't be a lot of cursing," he spits over the live instrumental.

Chance continues his freestyle, which seems like it was definitely off the top of the dome, by saying he refrains from cursing on TV in order to engage older audiences and bring them to his side. So far so good.

In other Chano news, the rapper recently spoke to Teen Vogue about his occasionally being labeled a Christian rapper. Chano's not a fan of such categorizations.

“One of my biggest fears with Coloring Book was that it would be labeled. I hate labels,” he explained in a phone interview with Get Out Director Jordan Peele. “I never sought out for people to recognize it as a gospel album. I don’t make Christian rap, but I am a Christian rapper. When I was going out and trying to fully give glory to God, in my setting, I feared that people would be dismissive of it, like, ‘This is Christian rap, I’m not trying to hear it.’ But it’s the total opposite: People were very accepting of it. Whether they say, ‘I’m an atheist, but I love Coloring Book’ or they say, ‘I’m so glad I was able to get closer to God through this project,’ people had formed opinions about what I put into the world. I think that’s always the goal of art, is to make people ask themselves questions. Like Get Out!"
