Whether it be his music, style, opinions or actions, it seems everybody and their mother is talking about Kanye West. The latest celebrity to go on record about Kanye's recent public portrayal, Chelsea Handler, has made a name for herself by speaking the honest and often biting truth, and does so once more in an interview with ET Canada.

"I’ve always thought he was a maniac and he just sounds like more of one. He’s delusional," the comedian said of West. "He’s acted like this for years and now people are acting surprised that he’s acting like this? Why is it surprising? He’s acted like this for years. He’s not stable and he’s delusional. And now he’ll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody even though he’s been in this state for years."

Kanye's mental and emotional states have received added scrutiny in recent weeks as even his frequent collaborator Rhymefest has said that he needs spiritual and mental counseling. Meanwhile, on The Life of Pablo, Kanye raps about his own use of the antidepressant Lexapro, sparking an even deeper discussion about medication misuse and side effects.

All in all, there's a spectrum of concern to outrage regarding Kanye's recent comments and actions, with Handler likely echoing a shared sentiment that something isn't completely right. It could be the self-imposed pressures to finish both his album and clothing line on time, or calculated outbursts to drum up further press for both. Either way, Kanye certainly gets the people talking, which as he says on Pablo's "Father Stretch My Hands Part 1," "Everybody gon' say something / I'd be worried if they said nothing."
