Chinese Motivational Coach Spanks Bank Employees [VIDEO]

A Chinese motivational speaker, Jiang Yang, was caught on a camera SPANKING bank employees. The employees were lined-up on stage and spanked several times for under achieving.

During a training session the employees not performing up to par were brought up on stage and spanked. Yes, the coach had employees introduce themselves and then he proceeded to spank each one of them several times.

You can see in this viral video that some of the employees winced in pain. Now, since this video surfaced, the bank and some of it's managers are under investigation. We should note here that some mangers have since been suspended.

There are also accusations that the "coach" in this video shaved the heads of some male employees and even cut the hair of females.
