Chris Brown Accused Of Stealing A Woman’s iPhone In Miami

Singer Chris Brown could find himself in some serious trouble again if the accusations coming from Miami are true. A woman in Miami is saying that Chris Brown saw her snap a photo of him outside of a Miami nightclub, and he wasn't having any of that. The woman accused Brown of snatching her phone from his vehicle and then driving away with the $500 phone.According to the report on TMZ,  a rep for the Miami Beach PD says that, 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday for "robbery by snatching" -- claiming she followed Chris and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley.

Christal told cops ... Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone-- then grabbed it through the car window, saying, "Bit@h, you ain't going to put that on no website."

As you may recall, Chris Brown is currently serving a five year probation sentence for this altercation with ex-girlfriend Rihanna. In 2009 after Brown beat Rihanna down, he was sentenced to a five year probation term. Since the story has surfaced out of Miami, the District Attorney who prosecuted Brown back in 2009 is keeping all eyes on this developing story. If the accusations out of Miami are true, Brown's probation could be revoked and he could be thrown in prison for 4 years.
