Chris Brown's hit-and-run accuser is speaking out regarding her fender bender with the singer last month. Model Olga Gure-Kovalenko claims that she was afraid of the singer due to how he handled the accident.

As we previously reported, the L.A. City Attorney has filed hit-and-run charges against Breezy stemming from the incident in which he allegedly rammed his Range Rover into Ms. Gure-Kovalenko's Mercedes-Benz in May. Apparently, the 'Fine China' crooner gave her false insurance documents and left the scene, which is a no-no when a car accident occurs.

Brown denies all the charges and plans to clear his, ahem, good name in this case.

Ms. Gure-Kovalenko, who just so happens to be Miss Russian L.A. 2013, claims to be distraught by the incident. She alleges that her blood pressure went up after Brown called her a "bitch" for taking cell phone photos of him and his passenger, Karrueche Tran. The young model also stated that she was in fear of Brown because of his tattoos.

"It was my first car accident ever and I'm a foreigner so I was so afraid because first of all... He looked scary to me because it's a big car and he has a lot of tattoos," she told TMZ. "I don't know that he's celebrity... So for me he looked kind of scary."

Gure-Kovalenko also claims Brown didn't give her the correct paperwork at the scene.

"[Tran] gave me her driver's license [but] she wasn't driving...they gave me some piece of paper which was [expired] insurance for Lamborghini...and this car wasn't Lamborghini...I did get expired insurance," she said.

This case might not bode well for the 24-year-old R&B superstar. If a court finds that Brown violated the terms of his probation related to his 2009 assault case with his on-and-off girlfriend Rihanna, he could face four years in prison.

The case is now in the hands of the L.A. County D.A., so we'll have to wait and see how this is going to end for Brown.
