Halloween has to the second funnest holiday out there, only behind Christmas, so we thought that it would be good idea to start our trick-or treating early this morning. Chris Reed and Candice, along with Cayeene from UL, set-up shop at the intersection of Ambassador and Johnston to hand-out candy as many of you were on your way to school or work.

Rather than just sit in the studio and talk about Halloween or play Halloween Theme Songs, we went to one of the busiest intersections in Lafayette and handed out candy to our listeners. Yes, we started your trick-or-treating early this year and we DID NOT get in trouble.

Thanks to the many of you that stopped by our location and also thanks to the MANY of you that were honking your horn at us as you went by. It was simply amazing to see how many of you really have us cranked up each and every morning!!!

We would also like to thank UL for sending their mascot, Cayenne, to join us for a little fun at the busy intersection. Even KATC-TV 3 heard about what were doing this morning, and they showed up with camera in hand.

Here are just a few of our listeners that showed up this morning at Ambassador and Johnston. Oh by the way, the school bus driver came by after he dropped the kids off at school, and we supplied him with plenty of candy for when the kids get back on the bus after school.
