Coca-Cola “GET YOUR GAME ON” SWEEPSTAKES  

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

ELIGIBILITY: The Coca-Cola “Get Your Game On” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Louisiana who are 18 years of age or older as of 9/15/14.  Employees of The Coca-Cola Company (“Sponsor”), Hot 107.9, KPEL-AM, Planet Radio 105.1 (“Administrators”) and their “Promotional Participants” (i.e., Coca-Cola Bottlers, Town Square Media, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, participating retailers each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers involved in this Sweepstakes) and each of their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step- brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister and/or spouses of each) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  Void outside Louisiana and where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrators, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER: 

Listen to Hot 107.9 for the dates, times and locations of the “Get Your Game On” Live Remotes. All listeners who attend the live remote will be given an opportunity to complete an Official Entry form (while supplies last) or fill out a 3” x 5” paper, on which entrants will be required to hand print their complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes) city, state, ZIP code, day and alternate phone numbers.  Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification. Each entrant must confirm that he/she is 18 years of age or older, either by checking the box on the Official Entry form or writing the words “I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older” on the 3” x 5” paper. Deposit entry in the entry box available by the time indicated on display. Limit one (1) entry per person via remote site. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.  Illegible or incomplete entries are void.  Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received by the entry deadline.

Beginning 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on 9/15/14 through 11:59:59 PM (CT) on 11/12/14, log on to www.1079ishot.com, www.espn1420.com, and www.planet1051.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the on-line entry form.  Limit one (1) online entry per website, per person, per day. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per website, per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.  Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant.  In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.  The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 11/13/14 from among all eligible entries received.  Decisions of the Sponsor/Administrators are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be contacted by email or phone and must respond to the email/voicemail to confirm eligibility, agree to the Official Rules and sign a Release of Liability Form within three (3) days of receipt of email/voicemail (specified date and time will be listed in email notification or indicated in voicemail message). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or he/she does not respond by designated deadline or if Sponsor/Administrators is unable to leave a message and/or the notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be automatically disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, time permitting. Sponsor/Administrators assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):  Two (2) tickets to the ULL home football game on 11/22/14, two (2) sideline passes, opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to attend the coin toss, opportunity for winner and guest to run on the field with the team, one (1) parking pass, two (2) Sponsor-specified autographed items and a Sponsor-specified Tailgate Party for winner and up to nine (9) guests. ARV: $599.There is no monetary value associated with the autograph. Transportation and parking are not included. Seat location is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. If game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for tickets/passes, but tickets/passes may be subject to standard rain check policies and procedures established by issuer. Tickets/Passes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Guests of winner must be 13 years of age or older as of 11/22/14.  If a minor is selected as a guest, winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian or minor must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will be counted as one of the three guests. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Hot 107.9, KPEL-AM, Planet Radio 105.1, Town Square Media, University of Louisiana Lafayette, participating retailers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize; errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible or misdirected entries, entries not received by the entry deadline; (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules.  INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by the Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion.  In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received via Rule 1A and all eligible entries received via Rule 1B prior to the time of termination. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if it is possible. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  Winner is solely responsible for the actions of the guest who accompanies him/her to the game and prize related activities and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties for any and all claims, liability, damages, costs or expenses arising from the actions of his/her guest at the game.

PRIVACY: All personal information submitted by you as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Administrators’ Privacy Policy http://1079ishot.com/privacy/, http://espn1420.com/privacy/   or http://planet1051.com/privacy/ except as otherwise described in these Official Rules and sweepstakes materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that all information and material, including any personal information provided in your entry materials, affidavits, and releases, will be collected, used and disclosed by Administrators and its authorized agents, representatives, and other third parties involved in the execution, administration, or hosting of this Sweepstakes, for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment and may be further publicized as described above.

DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively in the appropriate Georgia State Court located in Fulton County, Georgia; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

WIN LIST: For the name of the winner, available after 12/01/14 send a separate, self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: ULL Get Your Game On Sweepstakes Win List, 1749 Bertrand Dr., Lafayette, LA 70506, to be received by 12/31/14.
