Comedian Tiffany Haddish made her debut as host of Saturday Night Live last night (Nov. 11), and gave a hilarious impression of rising rap star Cardi B.

Haddish's appearance on the long-running show featured a sketch of faux The Lion King auditions that were left on the cutting-room floor. The skit featured several famous actors and musicians who tried but failed to land a part on the live-action remake. In SNL's universe, Cardi B and Offset tried out for the spots of Timon and Pumbaa.

Haddish, as Cardi, is dressed in a full-length mink coat and rocking an extravagant weave, while the fake Migos member sports a jean outfit, dreadlocks and shades. Haddish flips the film's song, "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" into a Cardi-tinged version, while Offset applies the adlibs.

Other rappers get spoofed as well including LL Cool J and Eminem. Haddish even returns and does a Mary J. Blige impression.

Cardi's meteoric rise is undeniable at this point as she breaks records and continues to be the talk of the streets and internet.

It was recently announced that she will headline the inaugural Trap Circus music festival later this month in Miami along with Kodak Black, YFN Lucci and Rich The Kid.
