Currensy Remembers Almost Overdosing on Lean With Lil Wayne

Curren$y is the latest guest on N.O.R.E.'s Drink Champs podcast, and during his nearly two hours on the show he tells a story about the time he drank way too much lean with Lil Wayne - by accident.

Back when Spitta was still down with Young Money and Hawaiian Punch was releasing a bunch of different flavors, the New Orleans MC was playing a game of pick-up basketball when he suddenly got thirsty and felt the need for a drink. Running on the tour bus, he scooped up one of the purple Hawaiian Punches and started guzzling it. As soon as Wayne saw what was happening, he knew it wasn't good news. "Spitta...you probably about to die," said Wayne.

Later Curren$y fell asleep, and when he woke up he was in Miami. Sounds like he was good off Wayne's sizzurp after that incident. You can watch him tell the story above in much more entertaining fashion.
