Another day, another Lil Wayne-related court decision. A day after a judge ordered Birdman to show his financial records, with Weezy claiming that the Cash Money boss spent most of their $100 million Young Money advance, a decision has been handed down against Young Money in a separate lawsuit involving David Banner.

The rapper and producer had sued Wayne and his imprint in July of 2015 for unpaid royalties with a default judgement awarding him more than $160,000 after Young Money failed to respond to the case, TMZ reports.

According to the lawsuit, Banner was never paid for his work on “La La" and “Pussy Monster,” both of which appeared on Wayne's colossal Tha Carter III album as well as “Streets Is Watching,” which was featured on the 2009 compilation We Are Young Money. Banner says that in 2012, Young Money told him he was owed $138,787 for the two C3 tracks, with the Young Money song adding another $15,000 to his tab. According to court documents, the label has now been ordered to pay $164,303.19, which includes interest on the debt.

Wayne has his own $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money still outstanding so perhaps his legal team has decided to focus solely on that, the potential judgement capable of setting the dispute with Banner and then some. Either way, it seems unlikely Wayne and Banner will ever work again, with the status of Wayne's own projects up in the air so long as he's locked into legal battle with Birdman and Cash Money.
