It's called the HAPPY RIDE, the name is pretty self explanatory. It hasn't made its way to the US yet, but you can still buy one by clicking right here. It's basically a bicycle seat that vibrates while you pedal around.The controls are hidden in a pocket in the back, so you can adjust it to what ever level of vibration you want.
