Drake's new Scorpion album is still doing major numbers. For the second week in a row, the album maintains its No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200.

The new album saw about a 50 percent decrease in sales from week one to week two, but that was still good enough to move an additional 335,000 equivalent album units, with 29,000 being in traditional album sales, according to Nielsen Music.

Drake's second week at the peak marks only the fourth time in 2018 an album has spent multiple weeks at No. 1. Two of the other projects were hip-hop related in Post Malone's Beerbongs & Bentleys and the Black Panther Soundtrack, curated by Kendrick Lamar. The second week tally is the biggest in over two calendars. Adele was the last artist to move more units in week No. 2, as her 25 album sold 1.1 million units in 2015.

In total, Drake now has 23 weeks on the top of the Billboard 200 chart. As far as hip-hop artists go, he is creeping up on Jay-Z (25) and has a little ways to go to surpass Eminem who sits at 32.

Though he's dropped a record-breaking album, Drizzy isn't resting on his laurels. Since the album dropped, he's released two new freestyles, "Behind Barz" and "Fire in the Booth." He might also have a new album on deck. Drake was recently spotted in London shooting a music video for a single from his new album.
