Drew Brees Wins Bart Starr Award

Although our New Orleans Saints fell short of a Superbowl repeat, Drew Brees will be awarded with a top honor for his efforts on and off the field this year.

Drew Brees has been named the recipient of the 2011 Bart Starr Award. This award honors players who demonstrate good character at home as well as leadership on the field and in the community. NFL Players vote on this award when the vote for the Pro Bowl. Drew will receive the award from legendary QB Bart Starr at the 24th Annual Super Bowl breakfast taking place February 5 in Texas.
