Forget about jumping out of the bushes to scare people, get a drone and dress it like a ghost.

That's what this man did, and it's ticking off all of his neighbors.

He dressed up his drone like a Halloween ghost and flew it while people were driving up and down the street. Every neighborhood has that one person that goes all out for Halloween.
