Guy Gets Dunked Into A Tank Full Of Diet Coke Wearing A Mentos Suit [VIDEO]

They are calling him the bravest first man alive to dunk himself in a tank full of Diet Coke wearing a Mentos suit.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you made a suit out of just Mentos and then dunked yourself into a tank of diet Coke? Probably not, but someone did...

The guys from Epic Meal Time wanted to put an end to the myth, would a Mentos explode in your stomach if you drank diet Coke right after? Well, I guess this answers the question that Mentos would explode in a tank full of diet Coke, but as far as it exploding in your stomach...nah!

The guys from Discovery Channel's 'MythBusters' already had that myth covered. Saying in short,

"When you open a Diet Coke, it releases the pressurized carbon dioxide that forms carbonation. As the Coke travels to the stomach, the gas vaporizes, and any remaining might cause your stomach to expand, but not enough to cause an explosion in you stomach"

 

So there you go, MythBusted!!  But, science is still so cool!!
