The other day I celebrated another wonderful year on this planet, and after yesterday, I was thankful that I was living in Louisiana, especially after visiting Little River Inn on Main Street in New Iberia. Richard and Lori Hurst have an incredible restaurant with some of the best seafood I've had in quite a while. From the alligator appetizers, from grilled to fried to rolled into what looked and tasted alot like boudin balls, to the delicious seafood entrees and even the award winning Sweet Potato Beignets, I couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner.
