Kerry Washington may have been the star of the 'SNL' broadcast on Saturday night (Nov. 2), but Eminem seems to be the morning after trending topic. While Ashlee Simpson was the talk of the town after being ridiculed for lip-syncing on NBC's 'SNL' in 2004, it looks like Slim Shady is making headlines for following suit. The only difference: the Detroit rapper is getting a pass.

Sources can neither confirm nor deny Em's alleged lip-syncing tactics on the show while performing his new single, 'Berzerk,' but according to TMZ, "Eminem didn't really try to hide it... pulling the mic away from his mouth several times while his 'vocals' continued at full volume."

Marshall Mathers' team has yet to comment, but it's clear from TMZ's 'SNL' clip that something was going down onstage. Fans just aren't sure what. If Em was just humming along with his song, which rests at No. 3 on the Billboard charts, does anyone really care?

Beyonce did it during the 57th Presidential Inauguration, and people let it go. We know it's the Detroit native's track, so it's apparent he's not faking his lyrical talent. However, we want the truth. Did he or didn't he? Watch the video and let us know what you think in the comments below.
