After 14 years, Eminem is moving himself on out of the lush Rochester, Mich. mansion he copped himself at the peak of his superstardom. The thing is, he's selling it for considerably less than he originally bought it for.

According to the folks at E! Online, Em purchased his home for $4.75 million back in 2003. He's now listed it for $1.99 million on Craigslist, which is less than half of what it originally cost him. It's unclear why the value has dropped so much, but rest assured, Em's crib is still pretty damn swanky.

Built in 1986, Em's crib is a contemporary style mansion stretching over 17,000 square feet and featuring just about all the trappings of your typical superstar's luxury pad. Every bedroom in the main house is a suite, and the crib includes tennis courts, a game room, a pool with a waterfall, a guest house and an entertainment cabana. Very swanky indeed.

It's unclear where Em will find himself next, but we're sure his next spot will end up being just as dope. After all, considering his status as a music industry mogul and a historically high-selling rap icon, the guy's not exactly hurting for cash.

Em, whose Curtain Call: The Hits recently became the longest-charting rap album of all time, is reportedly finished recording his latest album, which will be his first since 2013's The Marshall Mathers LP 2. While there's no exact release date for his next project, it's been reported it will drop at some point this fall.
