The very first Acadiana Dragon Boat Festival is coming to a 200 meter stretch of Bayou Teche in New Iberia. Traditional Honk Kong-style dragon boats, manned by teams of twenty rowers, will do battle on the bayou, as spectators cheer them on from Bouligny Plaza.
