Bag Mat Ministry Workshop

Join the Bag Mat Ministry and learn to make sleeping mats for the homeless from recycled plastic shopping bags.  More than 500 mats have been made and distributed over the past 4 years. The next workshop is Saturday, October 11^th from 9am-2pm at Grace Presbyterian Church in Lafayette.  Bring a bag lunch and stay for the day, or stay just for an hour.  This is a great project for youth service groups.  For more information, contact: Mats4Homeless@gmail.com or Bag Mat Ministry on Facebook.
