Bayou Vermillion Festival and Boat Parade

The Bayou Vermilion Festival and Boat Parade will take place on Oct 19 in Vermillionville. The Festival kicks off at 10am with a showcase of antique putt-putt boats and engines, various boating demonstrations, and children’s hands-on activities. You can join the parade at 2pm by registering your own boat, canoe or kayak or you can reserve a paddle craft at the event. Following the parade will be a celebration featuring live music, food and drinks benefitting the Bayou Vermilion District.
