Tickets purchased will include ALL YOU CAN EAT food as well as entry into the Raffle. Kids Eat Free!  A silent Auction will also be held throughout the day and 100% of all proceeds go to benefit the Autism Society of Acadiana.         Families are welcome and food\, shaded seating and handicap accessible restrooms will be available outdoors. Adults are welcome to enjoy the indoor atmosphere\, a full service bar and multiple HDTV’s. The Saint’s game and other football games will be viewable outside on the patio. DESCRIPTION:    Special Olympics Louisiana and law enforcement agencies will host the 4thAnnual Lafayette Plane Pull on Saturday\, November 3\, 2012 at the Lafayette Regional Airport. Plane Pull is being held to benefit Special Olympics Louisiana athletes. The event will begin at 10:00am and end around 1:00pm\, depending upon the number of teams registered. The cost is $1\,000 per 20-person team.  (That is only $50 a person!)    Plane Pull is a fun event where 20 people form a team and pull a Fed Ex B727-200 weighing approximately 155\,000 lbs.  Teams pull the plane 12 feet and compete for Fastest Team\, Slowest Team\, Best Dressed Team and Most Spirited. DESCRIPTION:SpayNation for Dogs & Cats is providing free rabies vaccinations for cats and dogs from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday\, November 10\, 2012 at Lafayette Jockey Lot Flea Market (next to Hub City Ford) at Lafayette Jockey Lot Flea Market in Lafayette\, La.    SpayNation provides low-cost spay/neuter services for dogs and cats at their center located at 1640 North Bertrand Drive in Lafayette\, La.. Since the center opened in April 2010\, over 11\,000 dogs and cats have received spay/neuter services at SpayNation.  “We are very excited to offer this important community service to pet owners in our  area” said Cathy Damiano\, clinic director at SpayNation. “Rabies is a very serious  disease\, a fatal disease\, and it’s important that our community’s pets are vaccinated  against it. We know that many pet owners are having difficult time financially\, especially  those with multiple pets\, so we hope that offering these free rabies vaccinations  will help ensure their pets are vaccinated.”    Free rabies vaccinations\, while supplies last\, will be available to all cats and dogs  attending the event. Cats must be in a secure pet carrier; dogs must be in a pet  carrier or on a leash. All animals must be at least 12 weeks of age or older. DESCRIPTION:    Creativity can be very healing. As we create\, whether that be with art\, dance\, music\, prayer forms\, woodworking\, writing and journaling or gardening and cooking\, we tap into those non-verbal knowing places in ourselves that do not always surface through speech. Creative exercises give us more information about ourselves and enhance our healing.    Starting February 1st on first and third Fridays and ending May 3rd. Catherine Wallace\, LCSW and Jessica Johnson\, LPC of the Center for Loss and Transition will offer creativity and sharing to help grievers heal.
