Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg changed his Facebook status from "single" to "married" this Saturday. Zuckerberg and 27-year-old Priscilla Chan tied the knot at a small ceremony at his Palo Alto, Calif., home. It's been a busy week for the newly weds as Zuckerberg took his billion dollar company "public," and Chan just recently graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco. The couple met at Harvard and have been together for more than nine years.

The young couple tied the knot in Zuckerberg's backyard before fewer than 100 guests, including Facebook's chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg. The guests in attendance were told that they were attending Chans' graduation party, but when they arrived they quickly found out that they were actually attending a wedding ceremony. We can only speculate that Zuckerberg and Chan didn't want this decision to go "public" as his company as in recent days. Zuckerberg founded Facebook at Harvard in 2004 and was Time Magazine's "Person Of The Year" in 2010.
