Fans trying to cop pre-sale tickets to JAY-Z and Beyoncé’s "On the Run II" Tour were quickly disappointed today (March 14) when they logged on to Ticketmaster's website. Apparently, the website crashed due to high demand and left many customers unable to purchase tickets.

Not only that, customers who were able to log in saw that all pre-sale tickets were sold out within minutes due to reselling bots scooping up all of the tickets. "How can all the Beyonce tickets be scooped up by 9:01? I thought we were trying to combat bots," tweeted one angry fan.

Several other fans complained that Ticketmaster crashed in the middle of their transaction, while others were in shock at the prices for VIP tickets, which went as high as $2,000.

If you weren't able to pre-sale tickets now, general admission tickets will go on sale March 19, while the European markets will have to wait until March 23 for tickets to be available. Hopefully, Ticketmaster will be better prepared for the onslaught next week.
