This is just ratchet!

I've been mad at the drive-thru before, I think everyone has at one point. But never ever mad enough to pull someone through the window because they messed up my order.

There is no back story on this video other than what you can hear them saying. Let's hope that this poor employee is okay after she was attacked by the driver.
