Today (Feb. 17), Fat Joe and Remy Ma dropped their eagerly anticipated collaboration album Plata O Plomo, and it looks like they used a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to celebrate the occasion.

Performing their Ty Dolla $ign-assisted hit single "Money Showers," the pair were met with plenty of applause when they hit the stage. Using Kimmel's live studio band in place of the song's actual instrumental, the three performers deliver with the stage presence of veteran performers. You can check out their performance in the video below.

Joey Crack and Remy seem to be having a great time onstage, and you can't blame them.  After all, they believe they've got a classic album on their hands. On Wednesday, the rap duo stopped by The Breakfast Club to discuss their new project, which Fat Joe calls a masterpiece.

“This New York area, y’all better support this,” Joe explained told Charlamagne tha God and company. “You ain’t had no major New York album come out like this in years, with the quality and the hits that’s on this, and we got the mud. And we got the dirtiest rhymes, lyrics, hardcore stuff too. This album is complete from A-Z.”

During the same interview, Remy opened up about how it felt to lose the two awards she was nominated for at the 2017 Grammy Awards. While she said she wasn't really upset, she did say that her smash hit with Fat Joe ("All The Way Up" should have won the trophy for Best Rap Song.

In any case, you can support Plata O Plomo and New York hip-hop by streaming the project here.
