Flo Rida is facing a $390,000 lawsuit for a breach of contract after he failed to show up for a black tie event hosted by the City Project Gala at the Playboy Mansion. The Hollywood Reporter states that instead of showing up at the Feb. 15 event, the chart-topping artist sent 23 members of his entourage instead who were, "loud, obnoxious...and physically assaulting other guests."

Dr. Dre was also originally named in the suit as a defendant, but his name was "voluntarily dismissed" after the case was filed on March 25. The Good Doctor was at first thought to be scheduled to appear at the party but was not at the party. Instead he was visiting the Great Wall of China, which event organizers learned after seeing a photograph of him at the massive landmark. Dre and Aftermath were dismissed from the suit after "it was pointed out neither of their names appear on any contract."

Also named in the suit is Casey Thomas, a business manager of Dre and Flo Rida, and Interscope exec Larry Khan.

Other attendees at the event were Diddy, astronaut Buzz Aldrin, founder of Virgin Group Richard Branson and actress Jane Seymour. The VIP deal at the party included two cabanas at $25,000 each, two Playboy Mansion parking passes at $5,000 each and 33 backstage passes at $10,000 each.
